"What is up with my charm...? Why is it faded/scratched/peeling?"

"I would like to change my address!"
  • Please use the contact form with your name, order number, and new address you'd like to change to. 

"When will pre-orders ship?"
  • Preorders will ship whenever I get my stock. Please subscribe to my newsletter to get updates on when I get my stock! Please be patient as I am a student and work part-time on top of my shop.

"Can I add something to my order? / Can I combine my orders' shipping?"
  • Absolutely! Please use the contact form to tell me you'd like to add something to your order. Please note that I'll have to refund your order and have you re-purchase the items. This is because I run the risk of accidentally shipping two packages & paying shipping twice.

"You shipped the wrong item / My order came incomplete"
  • I am sorry this has happened! Please let me know the issue via my contact form. If the situation calls for it, I will pay for any postage that requires a return or extra shipment. Please do note that I am the sole person who runs everything in this store, including packing hundreds of orders by myself, so I hope you will forgive me for any blunders I make!

"Something's wrong with my shipped item..."
  • Unfortunately, I do not have any control over the mailing service and any items that I ship once I drop them off at the post office. Please contact your postal service provider for more information.

"I'd like to return an item!"
  • Note that I do not accept refunds after a 7 day period after an item has been recieved. If the item is to be fully returned in good condition, the refund will be issued after it has been confirmed the item has been shipped back to me. I will provide the shipping label. This is to prevent any scams on my end.
  • I will not accept refunds/returns for items that are damaged (excluding damages during shipment). If an item is damaged during shipment, I can offer an exchange for a new item where the customer will only have to pay for postage.
