Hey guys! I just wanted to update people on the current status of commissions and orders. Unfortunately, many things have happened in my life & have been going through a personal crisis & many family emergencies that have spanned over several months that many of my friends can attest to. Lots of things are out of my control right now and I'm doing the best I can, and I really appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. I understand the frustration and lack of updates has left everyone anxious, and I hope by putting out this update, it will explain the circumstances of where I'm at right now and what I am currently doing to fix things.

Commissions

Currently, I am doing my best and churning out commissions from Vgen & Ko-fi as soon as I can. I'm also doing catch-up with other commissions outside of Vgen and will be in contact with people shortly. However, some commissions may have slipped through the cracks, and if you want to give me a bump about your commission to ensure it hasn't, please do not hesitate to send me an email at [email protected] to give me a reminder or ask for a refund. However, refunds will require some patience as I've been having a lot of things happening with me as of late and I am currently in the hiring process as a new grad RN (aka I am unemployed).

Orders

To cut to the chase: I have been locked out of my shop Paypal for months.I was a fool for not putting the funds for my shop in a separate bank account and my hubris caught up to me as I always thought "I've had my Paypal account for years, it will never get frozen!". Please, for the love of everything that is holy, learn from my mistakes and everyone before me and do not use Paypal as a bank. Immediately transfer your funds to a safe bank. 

I have tried everything by DMing, emailing, calling, etc. Paypal but I've given up recently as it's always some form of "we are not obligated to tell you why we've closed your account". I've lost hundreds of dollars because of this on top of having manufacturing issues & items lost with my restocks. 

I don't know what to do at this point besides focusing my efforts into recouping funds through my RN job (slated to be hired sometime in January) in order to re-manufacture items and refund people this way who no longer want their items. This will take time unfortunately, but know that I am sincerely doing the best I can with the circumstances and I wish to do right by everyone as everyone has been very kind and patient with me for the past 2 years. I just would like everyone to know that I am very aware of everyone's worries & frustrations and will do everything in my power to be able to rectify the mistakes I've made and address them as soon as I can. 

Refunds

For any shop refunds, please fill out this form! I should start refunding again once I start getting money from my new job.

Final Notes

I cannot express enough how grateful I've been to the people who have been waiting long periods of time because of me. I know it is a deeply frustrating thing to have paid for something and not get it in a timely fashion - I have been in that situation many times and I understand the upset that I've caused. I just wanted to outline all the actions I've done to solve the issues I've currently encountered and address the inexcusable radio silence from myself.

Hello everyone, thank you for your patience and understanding! I am currently in the process of shipping out current orders that were made in 2023. These should be done within the next week or two thankfully.

Due to the continued demand in Project Moon merchandise, and the need to keep a certain amount of stock for future events/cons, I am reopening POs for all my individual PM merch. I am also adding on brand-new LOR photocards to accompany their charm counterparts.

All 2023 orders are guaranteed to be shipped out BEFORE any new orders are fulfilled.

If you order any POs, and you ordered something in 2023, they WILL be shipped separately - they cannot be combined.
